The program
Dario Health for diabetes, blood pressure and weight, including GLP-1 education, in the Dario Health app. Prescribing, where clinically appropriate, is through licensed partners, subject to state and contract. Dario Mind and Dario Move are separate programs in their own apps.
Enrollment and delivery
Dario provides enrollment support, such as a client-specific enrollment page and phone line, ships the devices and supplies for each member’s enrolled program, and provides coaching and member support.

I want to offer Dario to my clients
For networks, care platforms, benefits administrators and plans serving employer groups. Dario delivers the program to your clients' members. Solera Health, for example, offers Dario's diabetes and hypertension programs in its network.
I want Dario through a relationship I already have
Ask your health plan, benefits administrator or network whether it offers Dario, and which programs. Some health plans offer Dario to their self-funded employer groups. Availability differs; ask us whether a route exists.

The evidence behind it
Two peer-reviewed, Sanofi-funded observational studies found better lab HbA1c results and lower hospitalization among adults with type 2 diabetes using Dario's diabetes solution in 2017 to 2021 than among matched non-users. They do not measure today's program.
