What launching Dario involves, and who does what
Every launch is scoped with the client. This page sets out the usual steps, responsibilities and data flows, so your team can plan its part.
Five steps from contract to reporting
| Step | What happens | Your team | Dario |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Scope | Choose programs, clinical pathway and measurement approach | Goals, population, benefits context | Recommended configuration and measurement plan |
| 2. Eligibility | Set up how eligible members are identified and enrolled | Eligibility file (or carrier file) or single sign-on | File intake and testing, or SSO setup |
| 3. Launch | Invite members and open enrollment | Approve communications and channels | Enrollment materials and outreach as agreed |
| 4. Support | Members use devices, app and coaching | Ongoing promotion through your channels | Device fulfilment, coaching, member support |
| 5. Report | Review participation, clinical measures and, where data allows, cost | Claims data if you want an economic analysis | Reporting and analysis |
What moves between your systems and Dario
Into Dario
Eligibility data, or single sign-on. Claims data only if you choose an economic analysis.
Within the program
Readings from connected devices. Supported devices and app integrations are confirmed during scoping.
Back to you
Participation and clinical reporting at the population level, agreed during scoping. Care-gap reporting requires a client-specific integration.
How long a launch takes
Timing depends mainly on eligibility data, communications approvals and the contracting route. We agree a launch plan with dates during scoping, rather than quoting a standard timeline that may not fit your situation.
